In 2002, Josh Rudder founded Osmosys Technologies, to pioneer a fundamentally different approach to business and technology consulting. Osmosys is self engineered derivative of the noun  osmosis - a gradual, often unconscious process of assimilation.

Assimilating people with web based technologies inevitably leads to peer-to-peer interaction, both locally as well as globally.  This is the basis of Osmosys Technologies - bringing people together. Serving as CEO and chairman of Osmosys' board - with a B.S. in Computer Science - Josh Rudder's responsibilities range from working with clients,  setting the company's overall strategy and fostering the internal culture and environment of the workplace.
